A pt of mine on Keytruda for NSCLC had restaging scans last week. Before I had a chance to meet the patient to discuss results, Humana insurance sent a letter to him that he has progressed and will no longer be covered for keytruda. Has any of you encountered this? #LCSM .

I am not sure- perhaps they are using AI algorithms…

The crazy part is the radiologist compared the present CT to another one from 2021!
