Mr Justice Dove has refused our application for permission to appeal his decision. We will be applying to the Court of Appeal. I remain of the view that the govt’s decision to proceed with Manston Airport is nonsensical & the procedure followed by the Sec. of State deeply flawed.

In light of this I would hope that Isle of Thanet News takes down this misleading advertising by Save Manston Airport from their site.
