Workers with [compared to without] poor #mentalhealth are less likely to perform well, more likely to be absent & more likely to leave their job. Strongest evidence for prevention is having supportive teams i.e. good relationships with colleagues & managers. March on Stress

American tourist Evan becomes accidental Shrimpers fan! echo-news.co.uk/sport/25067976… This has got to be my favourite story of the year, if not longer, I love it! Well done to the Southend United FC supporters, what a brilliant bunch!

Our paper on healthcare staff sickness absence & intention to quit the NHS is out in BMJ_Open. Unsurprisingly, staff who felt supported by their managers & colleagues were less likely to be sick & less likely to want to quit. shorturl.at/LyVxM Derek Tracy King's College London

Very disappointed Tim Hortons UK. Normally enjoy your coffee. We stopped off at Lakeside today to grab a drive thru couple of coffees. My wife’s latte was actually hot milk & my large decaff latte was undrinkable, I think all the shots must have gone into mine. Yuk!
