Med Ball Jugs adds a distraction element while also having hands ready for the catch marrying our hand eye coordination from one focus to the other. #wideoutwednesday

1) On the strike system all strikes except 9+10 should be with the elbows tight to the hips and the thumbs at a 45 degree angle to the os on 1-2, 3-4 PILLARS AND CHEST STRIKES. TIP OF THE SPEAR 2) THUMBS out with palms up and elbows driven in on 5-6, 7-8. LIFTING +VICING

Demo it yourself. All have to have the speed of “ RIGHT NOW”. *** NO DELAY, NO DROPPING OR RAISING THE HANDS FIRST. *** RIGHT NOW. FULLY LOCKED OUT IMMEDIATELY. FASTER THAN FAST. THATS WHERE YOU WILL MOST LIKELY NOT TEACH THE STRIKES PROPERLY AND THUS THEY WONT DO THEM PROPERLY.

The C when following his Nose whether the Nose is picking the gd or the 3 is picking the C, The C HAS TO BE 1,00000000% SQUARE. HE HAS TO TAKE THREE STEPS BACK THEN MOVE TOTALLY SQUARE LATERALLY FOLLOWING HIS NOSE WHETHER PICKING THE GD OR LOOPING WHILE THE 3 PICKS THE C.**SQUARE

BEFORE I SHOW THE VIDEOS ON BLK THE SOLID FRONT I MADE SOME ADJUSTMENTS ON THE STRIKE CHART+ CTRS TO DEF RUSHES. I ADDED:1)WHAT KEVIN ZEITLER+STEPHEN WISZNEWSKI LIKED 2)12 +78 ARE GOOD FORWARD JUMPS 3) RELATION OF BUCKLES TO SNAP DOWNS 4) SPINN ADDS 5) PUSH ON HIP VS WIDE RUSH.

VID 1 VS SOLID FRONT. :1)THE C-NEVER GOT DEPTH STAYING SQUARE FOLLOWING THE N BAITING HIM TO HIS RT,THEN REDIRECT TO PICK UP THE PICKING LB. NO DEPTH, NO MOVING SQ FROM RT TO LT. 2) THE GD A)NEVER USED 2 STOP SIGNS B) DIDNT DROP THE POST + TORQUE THE LB TO THE C WITH HIS LT HAND

Jim “Mouse” McNally (@coachmcnallyol) 's Twitter Profile Photo

VID 2 VS SOLID FRONT. 1)C-GOOD BUT HE TURNED TO FOLLOW HIS NOSE. DONT DO THAT-STAY SQ EVEN IF SETTINGS DEEP TO MIRROR THE- HE DID HELP THE RG. 2) POOR BY THE RG AFTER HE SPOTTED THE BULL(NO CONVERTING TO A JUMP)3)POOR BY THE RT-HE NEVER DROPPED THE POST +TORQUED THE LB TO THE G

Jim “Mouse” McNally (@coachmcnallyol) 's Twitter Profile Photo

VID 3 of THE SOLID FRONT. IT DIDNT AFFECT THE PLAY BUT THE CENTER NEVER BACKED UP IN CASE OF THE NOSE PICKING ONE OF THE GDS WITH A 3 LOOPING AROUND. ***CENTER BACK UP AND LAND A PUNCH BUT DONT TURN WHEN MIRROING THE N.

Jim “Mouse” McNally (@coachmcnallyol) 's Twitter Profile Photo

SOLID VIDEO 5. NO MAJOR ISSUE HERE EXCEPT THE RG COULD HAVE POUNDED THE NOSE AND KNOCKED THE CENTER OFF ON # 94 BUT THE N DOESNT REALLY HIT THE C’s RT A GAP AND THE RG CAN STAY MAN ON # 94 BUT I WOULD ENCOURAGE THE RG TO KNOCK THE C OFF. WE WOULD CALL THAT “ FORCING THE SWITCH”

Jim “Mouse” McNally (@coachmcnallyol) 's Twitter Profile Photo

SOLID VIDEO # 10.TUFF 1 AS 1THE C GETS OLAYED BY THE N (97 AN ALL PRO)2)THE RG HAS TO KEEP PUSHING ON THE C WHO’s OUT OF POS-GD’s MAN #59 LOOPS AROUND HUGGING THE RB 3)THE LG HELPS THE C BUT REALLY SHOULD SWITCH WITH THE LT 4) THE LT ALLOWS PENETRATION +NEVER THROWS #96 TO THE G.

Jim “Mouse” McNally (@coachmcnallyol) 's Twitter Profile Photo

I WANTED TO CLERIFY WHY THE MOVE BY # 97 ON THE LAST PLAY IS ALMOST IMPOSS TO PICK UP-WHY:THE GREAT GINO ATKINS OCCUPIES BOTH GDS AS HE SHOULD HIT THE C’s LT A GAP. BUT HE HITS THE C’s RT A GAP + OCCUPIES THE LG FIRST BEFORE HE ENDS UP IN THE C’s RT A GAP. DEF COACHES TAKE NOTE.

PLAYS 11-20 to come later. Questions: 1) DOU YOU SEE A NOSE +2-3 TECHS/4is ON PP 2) DO YOU BLOCK 1 ON 1 OR SLIDE ALL. 3) DO YOU MAKE THE BACK BLOCK THE MLB OR PUT HIM ON A BIG DE/OSLB SO YOU CAN SLIDE THE LINE ? 4) TUFF DUTY BUT HAS TO BE LEARNED IF YOU WANT TO GET THE BACK OUT

One coach was asking re the strike code. 56 is the DOU under lift not 33. The is no 33. There is a 3 with a second strike like 3-6 or maybe 3-4 but no 33 on mine. Thanks. Back to 10-20 videos on the solid look later. A lot of hard work accomplished today.
