It was an a privilege to work alongside Ryan Soderlin as we partnered with UNO’s Office of Multicultural Affairs to produce the first-ever virtual Wambli Sapa Memorial Pow Wow, honoring the generations and traditions of Native Americans across the region.

A life update: I have begun a new career path as a full-time freelance photographer and videographer following nearly 3 years as a multimedia specialist University of Nebraska at Omaha and 14 years as a staff photojournalist World-Herald Photo. I look forward to future stories, wherever they may lead.
