A new 10-year cancer strategy has been launched which aims to cut the number of people diagnosed with later-stage cancer and reduce associated health inequalities. It also aims to improve survival, particularly among the less-survivable cancers. Read more: bit.ly/3Jg4GhT

The Strategy focuses on reducing inequalities, meaning treatment and care will be equally good wherever anyone lives. It also includes improvements so all patients have access to prehabilitation and a single point of contact to help support them through their cancer journey.
