Welcome to July! It's my favorite month of the year... what's yours??

That's an 85 and 88 last Tuesday and Wednesday, but now just like Sunday we stay in the 70s until Friday this week. Lake breeze is back!

March, May and so far July providing a surplus on wet weather, although we're down for the year as a whole. Wet weather is still possible today and for a handful of days through the 7-day stretch!

A rogue storm last night dropped a ton of rain on the Mayville area, today is dry and pleasant, enjoy!

Light rain is approaching Milwaukee county. Look for rain to approach the metro in about 15 minutes.

Here's a look at the steady rain falling in Waukesha at this time. Time is 2:06pm

The edge of this track has an arrival time of approximately 7pm. That then puts these storms into western parts of Jefferson and Walworth county. These storms have had a history of radar indicated rotation. We are monitoring this closely.

Tornado Warning in RED approaching Janesville which is ONE county away from our viewing area and headed east. Multiple reports of funnels with this storm and reported wind gust of 79 mph as it pushed through Monroe. We will likely see warning in our area shortly.

This cell that I'm tracking out is now under a Tornado Warning... the trajectory would possibly clip Fond du Lac county in the next couple hours, but also getting word the National Weather Service is about to put out a Tornado watch across southern WI stay tuned!

Tornado Watch issued for our area until 6pm, along with several active Tornado Warnings in progress. Have a plan for getting to your safe spots this afternoon. Peak time for Waukesha to Milwaukee area still 5pm on.

This is a current look at radar. Sheboygan county seeing heavy rain, frequent lightning and likely gusty wind. There's a few other isolated storms out there now but the overall threat should end by 8pm.
