Excellent #3MT presentations in the Liverpool John Moores University faculty of science competition today, with excellent representation from #LJMUBiomech Congratulations to all presenters! Especially Bex Walker who won the LJMU Sport Science prize & goes forwards to the university wide comp in May 🔥

It was brilliant listening to everyone's 3MT presentations today and to share my PhD story of how important children's voices have been in our work! Winning joint runner up prize was icing on the cake 🎂

Had a fantastic week at #ESMAC2023, this year presenting how we have designed a novel protocol for investigating falls in children with CP. Enjoyed listening to some great research by many lovely people too and of course a couple of days sightseeing 🇬🇷

Fantastic to have Bex Walker at our Alder Hey AHPs research conference to present the work from ljmu in collaboration with Alder Hey Orthopaedics.

Grateful to have a brilliant support team to keep the productivity going! Finished the day with some more data collection, looking at how children with CP avoid falls over our novel challenging walkway - also grateful to have a kind team of researchers to help with the set up!
