Happy Halloween! We hope everyone has safe (& spooky?) night. Remember, it's important for trick-or-treaters to see & be seen. Give kids a flashlight to light the way, & consider adding reflective tape to costumes & trick-or-treat bags. More safety tips: rdcrss.org/42U65V6
