It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved two-toed sloth, Milo, who left us on March 12th, 2023. Milo was a cherished member of our zoo family and brought joy and wonder to countless visitors during his time here.

The Red River Zoo celebrated Mother's Day with a special delivery: a white-naped crane chick- a first in the Zoo’s history for this species. The Zoo is accredited by AZA and participates in the SSP for the white-naped crane.
