Pretty busy. Yest. pts. enjoyed a community walk, Thirsty Thursday smoothies in the PM while later on pts. & staff broke out into spontaneous 🕺 while listening to 🎵. Tday pts. engaged in physical act. with PAC's, then later rec'd Activity Packs.

Just a few images from our Group Community Walk facilitated today for patients to Vernon Park, Notts. this morning. Not only was it good exercise but the walk also encouraged positive socialisation, helped improve mood levels & acted as a stress relief.
