Our team wrapped up Q4 with a company town hall led by Juli Johnson. During this gathering, we focused on the workplace experience, reflecting on this year's employee surveys and their feedback. It gave us a chance to celebrate some fantastic workplace awards and achievements.

Our holiday party was a fantastic event that allowed us to show appreciation for our employees and all the hard work they do. The successful projects we have completed across various industries and the supportive culture we have built—resulting in multiple workplace awards.

We just wrapped up our mental health and awareness center project at Joliet Junior College. This new exterior features a stylish stamped concrete patio and a calming zen garden. On the inside, we updated the walls, ceilings, floors, and doors to create a welcoming environment.

🪜 Friday Safety Focus: Fall Protection 🪜 Today, we hosted a Fall Protection Training Seminar led by Chris Murray from Werner as part of our ongoing commitment to keeping our teams safe on every jobsite.

Vicki Lezon and Shen Krizic recently attended the PWC Spring Panel, a dynamic event centered on Unconventional Paths in the AEC Industry. Grateful for events like this that spark conversation, connection, and continued learning!

We had a fantastic time co-hosting a tequila tasting in our office with The Concord Group, NELSON Worldwide. Co-Sponsored by Haworth, and Digilock! The evening featured an educational (and delicious) tasting led by George Kohl III.

Our second-quarter Town Hall, led by Dave Crane, General Superintendent, was a fantastic celebration of our achievements—both in the field and across the entire company.
