Working on my dissertation on feedback/debriefing in HPE. I am not sure what to call the feedback giver, as“giver” or “provider” doesn't capture the sharing nature of a feedback/debriefing conversation. “initiator"/"leader” isn't always the case. I appreciate your input!#MedEd
