You don’t want to become part of this statistic: CPSC reports that there were over 10,000 injuries related to fireworks, and the total number of injuries continues to rise each year with nearly 1 in every 5 firework products being found noncompliant according to safety standards.

Every year on the 4th of July, fireworks lead to a sharp increase in wildfire ignitions. Fireworks can cause wildfires by sparking and igniting trees, shrubs, and other vegetation. Hot and dry conditions make it easier for sparks and embers to ignite vegetation.
