I fully support the legalization of adult use cannabis. With 1 out of 2 adults having used cannabis, it’s time we begin to regulate and control this product — and generate much needed income from it here in PA.

Today I cast a deciding  vote to pass the adult use cannabis bill in the PA House! This bill, by Rep Krajewski and Frankel, adds critical safeguards to protect kids from the product and to protect the health and safety of the public.

Last year Rep. Josh Siegel and Representative Tarik Khan introduced HB1988 to study the concept of a state-level building code change, but it didn’t end up moving forward. It ran into some norms about the usual process for making building code updates through an omnibus negotiation every 3 years
