One of the ways we embrace trauma-informed practice is with protected staff wellbeing time. At our first 2025 session we discussed what we wanted to bring to the table and hoped to take away. Also some time for relaxation & reflection (yes, for some that means toilet scrubbing!)

Last week marked the end of our latest TIER Lite cohort - a milestone that was especially emotional as it also brought the wider TIER journey at RLP to a close. While this marks the end of a significant chapter in RLP’s journey, it also signals the beginning of a new one.
