Our host Paul Short plays alto saxophone, mostly Jazz and Blues music. He loves listening and playing along to his vinyl collection- most recently John Coltrane’s Giant Steps album. He has an eclectic taste in music from jazz to hip hop, rock to pop.

Our host Paul Short trained as a chef and worked mainly in the North East. When he was at college, he got the chance to work in La Consula in Spain, a residence once occupied by Hemingway, Joyce and others. Nice food 😋

I just finished a series of paintings inspired by a friend’s poems (they’ll be used to promote her upcoming book!) 🎨🖌️ I had a ton of paper scraps left over. I turned them into flip book style mini-journals! ☺️They make the perfect little gifts💫
