Oddly, I was in the same Middlesbrough park as Billie Eilish in 2019. I'd heard none of her music, despite Rianne Kate Thompson telling me how great she was. Away with my middle-age cynicism, she was stunning at Glastonbury tonight. Heartfelt, weird outsider pop is in good hands.
