Super cool approach using fully-functionalized fragment probes to develop potent RNA inhibitors from the Matt Disney. Great time collaborating with Matt and team! Big congrats to Blessy!!!

Check out our recent work in collaboration w/ Bristol Myers Squibb evaluating different fully functionalized diazirine tags for chemoproteomic studies. Turns out, tag choice has a big impact on what you “see” by MS. We also developed a new terminal diazirine tag pubs.rsc.org/en/content/art…

Prof. Chi-Huey Wong is awarded this year’s Tetrahedron Prize for Creativity in Organic Synthesis. Wong’s discoveries have shaped our understanding of complex carbohydrates and glycoproteins, and their role in physiology and disease. scripps.edu/news-and-event… Tetrahedron Chem

I, quite literally, don’t know and don’t want to know what my PhD experience would’ve been like w/o the continued support of Chris Parker , Appaso Jadhav , and Louis Conway. You guys rock.

Happy to share our (w/ Teijaro Lab) integrated chemoprotoemic approach to develop functional inhibitors of SLC15A4 - a challenging target that controls some exciting biology
