Today when I went there to request for receipt, the station incharged was treating me like I am doing some fraud or something. I mean really a customer wl come back to cheat for 8.5bd. I even told them my car number and timing to chk CCTV.

Air India Paid for carrying a personal laptop. Your own baggage rules don’t mention anything either. I asked why are you weighing the laptops they said for gents we weigh everything for ladies we leave their personal bag/purse. Lack of training at best & gender discrimination at worst.
