River Academy students were on campus at Royal Holloway university today taking part in a Myths and Voices workshop hosted by Dr Efi Spentzou and Mollie Legg. Students loved exploring the university and learning more about the ancient world!

14 Y7s had a brilliant day at Royal Holloway University taking part in a Myths and Voice workshop hosted by Dr Efi Spentzou & Mollie Legg learning about a Greek hero from the Trojan war & had a seminar delivered by Prof Richard Alston about Egyptian temples.

Thank you to Mr Clare for delivering a brilliant masterclass tonight: ‘Brains Behind the Brawn’. It focused on how short- and long-term adaptations to exercise benefit us when playing sport. A part of our Silver Programme, we’re extending our curriculum beyond the classroom.
