The day is here! Take Care is out now. When His Royal Highness Prince William said that he would write the foreword for the book I was beyond honoured. If you get the book in audio, you will even hear the foreword read by HRH Prince William. You can hear a short clip here.

Writing Take Care was such an emotional experience. For a while I wasn't sure that I wanted to tell my story. But if it helps even a single person find hope to overcome difficulties in their own life then this will have all been worthwhile. Thanks for all your support. Lindsey x

Rob Burrow was a rugby player for Leeds Rhinos, but in 2019 he was diagnosed with motor neurone disease and sadly passed away last year. His wife Lindsey Burrow is releasing a book to tell their story right from the beginning, which she hopes will “resonate with other people”.
