The yields rising is likely due to inflation fears increasing. Both tariffs and if USA gets involved in the war support higher inflation. Powell knows this. The bonds market always knows. I don’t believe the FED will cut in July. I think Waller is trying to prop up the US

Q2 profit taking and order book rebalancing this week. Full transparency I made some money on XAUUSD earlier in the week and gave it all back. The range wasn’t too friendly to me this week. Luckily I was smart enough to not get involved too many times 🎯

My take on the current market scenario.

So half the news are saying a US strike is close, half is saying Iran is ready for diplomacy. All we can do is sit back and see what happens. I’m betting the US war machine prevails and goes to war if Iran can’t make a deal that makes USA and Israel happy. Leaning towards USA

This makes more sense than a peace deal for USAs history. They historically go to war any chance they get. Even though they shouldn’t at 37 Trillion dollars of debt.
