Taking a little inspiration from a recipe that was shared with me - Honey Wheat #bread a tear n share #loaf made up of 6 mini #loaves, using Matthews Cotswold Flour Churchill white & Cotswold crunch flour. Then I baked a sourdough loaf, which had been in the fridge since 10am. #DailyBread

2 Sourdough loaves, one for myself and a smaller one for my neighbour. There’s also honey and wheat bread. All made with Matthews Cotswold Flour flours.

Me and my big gob. I just happened to say, I might make some cheese n Marmite #bread and both my brother & nephew chirped up "that’s a good idea" 😳 Both #loaves are the same recipe, just the top one was shaped differently. I like the stripe effect on the top loaf.

My brother was less than amused, to learn the last #carrot and walnut #cake wasn’t for us, so I’ve baked one for us (and this one has 16 marzipan carrots this time)

2 Sourdoughs - the first is a Cheese and jalapeño #loaf and the 2nd is a mini sourdough #Artisan #Bread, which my brother took. "That jar is empty!" was a hint from my mam, to make some more #GingerSnaps. ☕️ 🫖

Today’s #loaf and some cheese #scones have been baked, for my neighbour’s daughter, as she supplies us with fresh eggs and produce, from her garden. I’ve also baked a Lemon drizzle slab #cake and there’s a #Trifle too 🥄

Chocolate (with a little chilli) Fudge #Bundt cake, baked in NordicWareUK Elegant Party pan and there’s a small Kugelhopf cake, from the Duet pan, draped in rich chocolate ganache. Served warm, with raspberry ripple ice cream, fresh raspberries and some of the leftover ganache.
