This one is a bit niche perhaps, but it was the perfect mix of educational, weird, and original that it made me laugh harder than perhaps all the rest

First detail images NOSS satellite USA-229 were frames on top and bottom seem to confirm detail. This is the preceding satellite of this NOSS pair. NOSS satellites are very difficult targets for backyard telescopes due to the high altitude of over 1000 km.

Comparison #ISS Canadarm2 holding robot #Dextre seen from the ground and from space. 10 inch telescope, manually tracked, single frame. Note marked visible thickening in arm which is combined spot consisting of small arm-mounted instruments.

We're pleased to announce that our VTVL rocket "Gyroc" has received funding from European Space Agency (via UK Space Agency) for a development and test programme which will allow us to refine the control system and design a larger-scale vehicle. Here's a test from last week: youtube.com/watch?v=Kzl64B…

There's a limit to how "dynamic" you can get with a tethered test, but we're pushing the envelope as much as we can with the latest test of Gyroc, our VTVL rocket. Thanks to European Space Agency and UK Space Agency. Video here: youtube.com/watch?v=WAMXIB…

1/ So I wasn't exaggerating when I said the storm in Kansas the other night was probably the pinnacle of my chasing so far. Experts confirm a very high likelihood that I did capture multiple gigantic jets - more precisely, very rarely captured positive gigantic jets.
