New PR in the 200-21.80 and in the 4x1 with 41.18! Rockledge High Track

Unsigned senior Derion Ayliffe hit a new PR today in the 200m. He was 1 of 3 Rockledge sprinters to run sub 21.85 in the 200m today. He 2nd leg on the 4x100 relay team that ran 41.18. He also ran on the 4x400 relay.

Broke school and county record in the 4x1 with a 40.60, and a new PR in the 100- 10.68 wind legal!! Rockledge High Track

I can say that this season has been a learning process for me and my race, but i’m finally coming to my senses. Yesterday at Satellite High school I ran in the 3A R4 regional meet and placed 5th overall in the 400m with a PR and a SB of 57.20. (lane 6) On to state!

Rising senior Sanau Jhagroo is back to Full strength after an early injury derailed her junior season. All of her PR marks are from her sophomore season. Today was her 1st practice since early may and she hit a new PR in the STJ with 24’7”. 👀
