I looked at Castleford coaches in SL since 2023 for those coaches with more than 10 SL games since the start of that season… Last W5 L14 @ 26.3%. Lingard W7 D1-L19 @ 27.8%. Maguire W 4 L13 @ 23.5%. Perhaps the coaches aren’t the problem?

Prior to that Lee Radford did relatively well W13 L 17 @ 43.3%. He suffered from being compared to Daryl Powell at Cas
