Is it crazy that they can still "increase sanctions". Shouldn't these be maximized already??!? (I have no idea how this works but it shocks me).

I agree. And a common self handicap is to believe you can't be competitive because you lack facilities/equipment compared to a competitor. Basic facilities with passionate coaches & motivated athletes can go straight to the top.

My go-to classic & skate ski drills mostly involve legs only skiing, or double pole only (with different cues to highlight the technical focus of the day i.e. aligning nose, knee, toe in rolling and downhill skate skiing). Anyone have any drills they go to on a regular basis?
