Headed to Las Vegas for #excell2022. Figured I'd try to fit in.

Had a fantastic time at #excell2022, (huge thank you to the Carson team!) but after 3 days in Las Vegas, this introvert needed a break. Finally got to do the Narrows at Zion Natl Park. Bucket list item crossed off after 30 years.

Solid late night interval workout. Was out there with brand new shoes plus my trusty Kogalla light to brighten up the neighborhood.

Demanding day at the office today BUT I knew I had a brand new pair of Nike Pegasus Trail shoes at home, this trail just up the road, and slightly less terrible Texas weather finally rolling in.

Work from home life hack: Two Google Meet pictures (mugshots?) from the webcam on my 10 year old laptop. Only difference is this $7 painter's light clipped to a tripod. I think it makes a huge difference in overall picture quality. Next up: Gonna work on my hair and makeup...
