To help Canadians stay connected to loved ones following the earthquake in Morocco, Rogers is temporarily waiving long-distance calls and SMS for Rogers, Fido and chatr customers to the country until Sept. 19, 2023.

Rogers is waiving long-distance and SMS charges to Israel, Gaza and the West Bank for Rogers, Fido and chatr customers from Oct. 7-31, 2023. Roaming charges for our customers there are also waived for that period.

In response to the recent earthquake in Afghanistan, we are waiving long-distance and SMS charges to the country for all Rogers, Fido and chatr customers from Oct. 7-17, 2023.

We’ve extended waiving of long-distance and SMS charges to Israel, Gaza and the West Bank for Rogers, Fido and chatr customers to Nov. 30, 2023, and roaming charges for our customers there.
