Meat Me On Monday Week #51 - 2023. BRISKET PASTRAMI using a point. My first time giving it a run. Turned out great. Use brine from Tori Avey and the process from @meatheadgoldwyn AmazingRibs.com recipe. Brined for 12 days then smoked overnight. . #MeatMeOnMonday🔥
