This is generating some commotion. To be clear: repeatedly distorting publicly available data and sharing it to sew fear and distrust in Ofsted isn’t ok and doesn’t need to be met with feigned gratitude and openness. Engage, challenge and criticise. But please do so honestly.

We’ve had some really positive feedback on aspects of our proposed reforms, as well as plenty of challenge encouraging us to make improvements. I’m really grateful to everyone who has responded to the consultation - and Steve Rollett in particular for his 5 challenges.
