Delighted to have this finally out with Nicola Gritti and Huisken lab. IR light sheet provides better deep tissue contrast in fixed samples. Deep learning allows fixed (IR) data quality in live (GFP) samples. nature.com/articles/s4159…

New TITANITE 5.0X / NA 0.27 microscopy lens now available from Schneider-Kreuznach! Purpose-built ExA-SPIM lens with steel dipping caps in place of the original beamsplitter. Same 16.8 mm FOV, slightly lower WD (22 vs 35 mm) and NA (0.27 vs 0.30), but with dipping capabilities.
