I have a huge amount of admiration for Nicola Sturgeon, but I don't understand the suggestion that GRR should have been paused. It was (because the SNP lost control of their MSPs). That pause gave anti-trans forces time to mobilise the most vicious campaign since Section 28/2B.

🚨Last week we raised concerns that the Scottish Government's handling of the Flamingo Land appeal could be unlawful. Now they've removed the letters from my legal rep, the National Park's lawyers and the Community Council and won't answer our questions!

The Scottish Government described our country as a 'critical friend' of Israel. We only know this because The National & The Ferret fought to force publication of the minutes from *that* meeting. I've lodged questions in Parliament to confirm if this is still the Government's position.
