Kicked off the weekend with a memorable evening at the Installation Ceremony of the Rotary Club of Kampala Muyenga Breeze. This was my second official club visit, and it did not disappoint. A warm, well-organized event that reflected the spirit and excellence of Rotary.

In 2022, Uganda recorded a crude cancer incidence rate of 74.3 per 100,000 people. This implies that for every 100,000 Ugandans, 74 people weee newly diagnosed with cancer that year. This is a reminder that cancer is closer to home than we often think.
