Disappointing result yesterday as we were beaten by a strong Ashton Town in the Wigan Cup, a very fast paced game with little time on the ball. Final result 5-0 to the home side. Still chance to make it to the quarter finals so we brush ourselves off and go again #COYR 🟠⚫️

Our first team never really got going but took their chances when they came. Our scorers Josh Rogerson Cal Bayliss & Lewis Blunt . Great to get a clean sheet & kick the new season off with a 3-0 win against Bold FC ⚫️🟠

Our reserves yesterday lost 0-2 away at @digmoorfc 2nds. Strong first half performance but early injuries affected our shape. 2nd half started well but died off with lads getting back to match fitness. Great overall attitude & Plenty of positives to take into next week ⚫️🟠
