As this dry and hot summer advances, the media are increasingly reporting on #waterscarcity. Let's unpack how we (societal us) are making sense of the challenge and constructing a response by looking into the news highlighted in the British media during the last few days:

1) #WaterScarcity and #drought clearly attributed to intense #heatwaves and #climatechange. Still, the situation in the UK isn’t seen as bad as in Europe (France) – (wet country narrative, particularly in Scotland), where municipalities are left out of water supply.
