Went to book my next adventure, looked at the mural on the bulkhead and thought, thanks to the RN been there, literally every continent on this planet including Antarctica One of the things I am most grateful for in life and thanks to the Navy, was the opportunity to travel 🫔

Veterans breakfast clubs Always more than a bit of scran The science: social bonding produces a hormone called oxytocin which in return reduces cortisol, the stress hormone The reality: scran with like minded individuals great way to decompress from life’s worries and chill

Really proud of the Trust, go above & beyond to support serving members of the Armed Forces, Reservists, Cadets, Veterans, Families and carers Making a real impact on the lives of those they employ which in turn significantly improves the lives of those the Trust supports 🫔
