So if I understand correctly, increasing activity of somatostatin interneurons has now been suggested to be potentially therapeutic in mouse models of Alzheimer's biorxiv.org/content/early/… and Parkinson's biorxiv.org/content/early/… and chronic pain nature.com/articles/nn.45… ...wut
