In collaboration with Elaine Li of UT Physics, we show that Raman spectroscopy can quantify and distinguish the intrinsic shear strain in Moiré Superlattice (formed by twisted bilayer MoS2) and uniaxial normal strain (introduced unintentionally). pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac…
