Tomorrow's #ARR main session will be Speed Training with coach @newtirunner 7pm @Pavilion. Simon will also have the kit box with him.

Simon will have kit box (vests, tees, buffs etc) at club tonight limited sizes in stock, more on order but delay in delivery. Due very soon.

The #ARR kit order has finally arrived needs sorting and will set up shop inside Pavilion next Thurs 24th Nov from 1845hrs onwards.

Simon will be inside at the pavilion tonight with kit for sale between 1845 and 1915, we are fully stocked on vests, tees, buffs & no clips.

I will bringing some buffs £5 and no clips £3 to Edwinstowe (no other kit) tomorrow for sale, if intrested bring your 💰 Simon

Track session again Wednesday. me will be taking it, same time and place. This week it's 10 laps (x2) 200m hard, 200 recovery.

Tonight will be pyramid session, 400m, 800m, 1200m, 1600m, 1200m, 800m, 400m with recovery in between each rep. Any questions, ask away 1/2
