👂 Take the time to learn from disabled people and about what is important to them. And be prepared to let go of your old assumptions. It's a crucial first step in becoming a better ally.

✍️ Next, take time to reflect and recognise the benefits you might experience in society as a non-disabled person. And use that gained understanding to work towards equality for everyone.

💬 Finally, be prepared to use your voice. When you see examples of ableism or inaccessibility, say something. And work to identify and break any biases you might have, too.
