Today we celebrated 65 years since our #Hospice first opened in #Penarth in 1959. Since then the Hospice has cared for 65,000 people across Cardiff and the Vale. We were lucky to be joined in the celebrations by our Ambassador, Suzanne Packer who enjoyed 🫖 and 🍰with staff 💛

Unexpected but very welcome visit from Mick Lynch in support of action to stop people dying in poverty. We could not get the screen working so he kindly agreed to kneel down in support of people of working age having access to the state pension!
