In DC for a CCC event and just saw this. SciCap began as a tiny weird idea with my first student Edward Edward Hsu. Now it has created 2 Best Papers, 2 shared tasks, & cool collabs with Adobe. Edward defended and started his new job this week. Sometimes I really like my job.

Excited to share I've been accepted into the NSF Research Traineeship: Linguistic Diversity Across the Lifespan — advancing human-technology interaction! "You reap what you sow." The path hasn't been linear, but every zigzag has led to growth🌱 Thanks Kenneth Huang for the support!
