Today, MoS Sandrine Umutoni joined the Welcome Day of the 5th Edition of Rwanda Youth Tour, featuring 60 Rwandan youth aged 18–30 from 🇨🇦🇬🇧🇺🇬🇺🇸🇸🇳🇮🇹🇧🇪, in Rwanda to explore opportunities and deepen their understanding of the country's transformational journey. #RYT2025

MoS Sandrine Umutoni reminded the youth that Rwanda’s progress over the past 31 years is the result of an intentional, inclusive & visionary leadership, focused on resilience & unity. She encouraged them to see themselves as part of this legacy, with a role to play in its future.

“You are not too young to make a difference. Rwanda welcomes your creativity, ideas, and energy. Ask questions, suggest solutions, and contribute to the country's future,” MoS Sandrine Umutoni told participants, encouraging them to stay engaged and keep returning. #RYT2025
