Today at Rwanda Basic Education Board, DG REB, Mbarushimana Nelson,PhD chaired REB PRISM Project 's joint coordination committee meeting with District Directors of Education to discuss PRISM program progress.


In his remarks, DG REB,Mbarushimana Nelson,PhD said :"our core role as REB is to promote quality of education in Rwandan schools; therefore, the purpose is to have pre-service teachers who are adequately trained at TTCs with the use of ICT." REB PRISM Project




Today,REB in partnership with REB PRISM Project is conducting a 5th Digital Exercises Development workshop of DDEs,DOS,ICT Managers,Tutors of mathematics &science&TMP aimed at improving Tutors with ICT skills in using REB e-learning platform in teaching,learning&assessment.Mbarushimana Nelson,PhD

Today,DG REB Mbarushimana Nelson,PhD chaired the 5th Joint Coordination Committee meeting of the Project to Strengthen Primary School Mathematics and Science with the use of ICT (REB PRISM Project ). Purpose of the meeting was to discuss on project progress & on upcoming activities JICA Rwanda


Today, DG REB Mbarushimana Nelson,PhD met with all 30 District Directors of Education (DDEs) to discuss strategies for effective ICT device management & maintenance in schools. It is believed that DDEs will enforce ownership spirit in schools so as ICT devices can serve the expected goal.


Today,16 TTC tutors, 2 Deputy Principals in charge of studies and 1 REB staff completed a 2 weeks Training on Digital transformation of pre-service teacher education in Japan Mbarushimana Nelson,PhD Rwanda Basic Education Board


Today,at TTC Save,Rwanda Basic Education Board in partnership with @RwandaPRISM organized a two-day training of tutors from 16 TTCs of Mathematics&Integrated Science. Training is aiming to strengthen tutors' capacities in developing effective digital Multiple Choice Questioning using AI.Mbarushimana Nelson,PhD

Today, DG REB Mbarushimana Nelson,PhD chaired the 6th Joint Coordination Committee meeting of the Project to Strengthen Primary School Mathematics and Science with the use of ICT (PRISM). The meeting discussed the project's progress and its upcoming activities. @jicainRwanda @RwandaPRISM


Today DG Mbarushimana Nelson,PhD chaired the 6th Joint Coordination committee (JCC) meeting of the PRISMproject with its key stakeholders to update them on the project progress and to align its implementation toward achievement of all intended results


PRISM project is holding its 8th ICT workshop with TTC tutors, leaders, and DDEs Education to advance ICT use in teaching, learning, and assessment for better pre-service teacher education.
