Last night, Cllr Ray Davis, Rothwell's Deputy Mayor and Chairman of the Royal British Legion, Rothwell, visited the academy to meet with our CCF. Cllr. Davis congratulated and thanked those cadets who recently completed a parachute jump, raising over £600 for the British Legion.

From Cdt Moon in 2017 to SSgt Moon in 2022. Every Thursday from 1500hrs to 1700hrs, and only missing 3/4 session over 5yrs. Learning how to march, shoot, instruct and even how to jump out of plane. Its been a cracking 5yrs. Cheers cadets, i'll miss it <3 Montsaye Sixth Form Montsaye

Seems like only yesterday i was starting Yr12 Montsaye Sixth Form and now im on my way to start my degree Loughborough University. absolutely mental! 😧

And just like that, a year after my last post, second year is over! 😁these two past years have flown by and now only have a few more modules and a dissertation to write! never been so excited to write so many words before 😬

Andddd done!! My undergraduate dissertation is submitted..... just 2 more pieces of coursework to submit then my time at Loughborough University is finished! Can't wait for graduation in July, and starting my Teacher Training UoN Education in August!!

And he's a Loughborough Grad!! Secured a 2:1 in History. Now off to the University of Nottingham for the PGCE! This guy's decade long dream of being a teacher is rapidly coming true...
