Sometimes you just want something easy. Red onion and garlic slowly cooked in olive oil, then some poor shelf prawns added (€2) for a couple of minutes while the fresh pasta cooks (4 minutes) meal total, 25 minutes flip to pop and €3.65 all in. Fantastic.
