Lauren McNamara finished the fastest today in the prelims in the 200 IM and the 100 Butterfly and is seeded 1st in both races as we head to the State Finals tomorrow. #warh 🐏💚💛

The Lady’s Rams swim team 200 free relay time was 1:44.46 for 14th in the state. Lauren McNamara won TWO state championships today becoming the first 4 time state champion in school history. 1st place in the 200 IM 2:05.59 1st place in the 100 Fly 55.6 Congratulations! #warh

The Rams football team lost today to Corunna in the Semi-finals, ending their season. Back to back District Champions, Regional Champions, and a final 4 appearance. Nothing to hang your head about Flat Rock. Your small town is proud of you. #warh 🐏💚💛

Lady Rams Softball beats Airport 5-1 to pick up Huron League win. Ryen Clair earned a win giving up just 5 hits and 1 unearned run. Clair also had a day at the plate going 2-3. Motyka, Soden, Mack, Clair, and Giroux each drove in a run. Great job Lady Rams! #warh 🐏💚💛

Our 2024 team retreat is in the books! We spent time talking about culture, unity, goals, and relationships! And accompanied it all with some friendly competition! Can’t wait to see what this group can accomplish as a unit this year!
