A law professor recently described the Supreme Court at a National Constitution Center panel of "appeasement." I was shocked to hear the Supreme Court cast as Neville Chamberlain and President Trump as a world-historic villain by a prominent law professor on that stage.

Democrats filed lawsuits with the expressed purpose of engaging in mid-decade redistricting for the 2024 cycle and picked up 3 seats from it.

I was taught in high-school civics that the Supreme Court invented judicial review in Marbury v. Madison as some sort of Machiavellian power grab. That’s not actually true. Judicial review was an understood component of the “judicial power” in Art. III of the Constitution.
